Love Journey is a dating platform that facilitates meaningful connections through written expression, AI-guided conversations with Goli, and thoughtful journeys. The Service includes:

• Personal book creation and chapter writing
• AI companion (Goli) conversations and guidance
• Matching system based on written profiles
• 5-day journey experiences with matched partners
• Community features including stories, art, and poetry sharing

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Love Journey.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

4. User Conduct and Content

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others
• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Spam, solicit, or promote commercial services
• Share explicit sexual content or engage in inappropriate behavior
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service

5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create (book chapters, stories, poetry, art, messages). By posting content, you grant Love Journey a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and share your content as part of the Service.

Our Content: All design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by Siavash Shahbazifar and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content: Conversations with Goli are generated using AI technology. You understand that Goli's responses are automated and not human advice.

6. Subscription and Payments

Membership Tiers: Love Journey offers Free, Premium, and Elite membership levels with different features and pricing.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion. No refunds for partial months or unused features.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that harms other users or the Service. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Love Journey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the behavior of other users or the outcome of any relationships formed through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siavash Shahbazifar and Love Journey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or failed relationships.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Montreal, Quebec, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
